COLUMBUS STATUE STAYS IN PLACE UNDER COURT RULING
Philadelphia’s 145 year old Columbus statue that is located in the historic Marconi Plaza on South Broad Street, will once again see the light of day and welcome all as the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania, Sons and Daughters of Italy will commemorate the Federal Columbus holiday with a program at the site beginning at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 11, 2021. It will be conducted by the Grand Lodge President and other speakers.
